• Enrolment is only accepted for a full-year period (10 months)

• Signing up the private courses of violin or piano is for the full term. Cancellations during the term will not be reimbursed.

• Children can eat at school. The parents will prepare the meals which we will keep in a refrigerator and they will then be served and, if necessary, heated up in a microwave by our staff. There wil be two adults to look after the children at lunch time, i.e. between 11.30 AM and 1.30 PM.

• Signing up for a school meal plan is for the full term. Cancellations during the term will not be reimbursed.

• In case of departure or of dismissal during the academic year, the school withholds the payment for the current term and the two subsequent months.

• This contract can be cancelled in case of force majeure provided the current term has been paid in full.

• In case of cancellation less than two months before sthe start of the academic year the school has the right to claim indemnification equivalent to two months' fees.

• Each student should have a medical and accident insurance coverage.

• All tuition fees are to be paid in advance, i.e. in  three installments.

• The students' absence at one or more lessons will not be reimbursed.
